Fastclick Climbs To Number Two In Comscore Media Metrix's March
2005 Ad Focus Ranking
Santa Barbara, CA - April 25, 2005 - comScore Media Metrix, the
audience measurement division of comScore Networks, reported in its
March Ad Focus Ranking that Fastclick, Inc.

overtook Yahoo! to
claim the second position in unique audience reach. According to
the report, the Fastclick Ad Network delivered ads to over 72
percent of unique U.S. Internet users in March 2005 - reaching a
larger audience than Yahoo!, MSN or AOL.


"Moving to second place in the Ad Focus Ranking is a major
accomplishment for Fastclick and exemplifies our dedication to

The Ad Focus Ranking report illustrates Fastclick's ad
distribution to over 119 million unique U.S.

Internet visitors in
March. Fastclick's network of over 8,000 active
third-party websites reached an
approximately equal percentage of females and males, according
to comScore. In addition, of the 119 million+ unique U.S.


Internet visitors to Fastclick's network in March, 71 percent
were between the ages of 18 and 55.
The Ad Focus Ranking report is the comScore Media Metrix ranking
of advertising-supported media brands,
including media properties and advertising networks. Instead of
focusing on corporate ownership, this report is designed to mirror
the manner in which advertising is actually packaged and sold.
